September 5th - GYMNASTICS REGISTRATION - Gymnastics Registration will be held at the gym on Wednesday, September 5th from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.  Classes will start on Wednesday, September 19th and Thursday, September 20th.  Late registration will be held September 26th and September 27th during gym times. 

This is a Slet (competition) year.  All participants who will be attending the Slet will have a registration fee of $50 per family plus mandatory participation in fundraisers throughout the year.  Non-competitors and tiny tots registration will be $50 per family.  We encourage and appreciate participation in our fundraisers as well throughout the year by non-competitors and tiny tot families as all profits go to the gymnastics program.

You must be 8 years old at the time of the Slet in order to compete.  The Slet will be held at Slippery Rock College this year from Tuesday, July 16 through Saturday, July 20, 2013.  Please mark your calendars accordingly to avoid conflicts with vacation scheduling, etc.  Since this is a local competition, we are hoping to have a great turnout of family and friends to cheer on our participants.

Are you new to the Sokols?  Interested in signing up your child for gymnastics class?  Please come to registration and speak with one of the coaches to find out more about the program.  A Sokol life insurance policy is required to become a member and participate in gymnastics, as well as other Sokols events.  Together with the general information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address), you will need to provide the the following information for the insurance form:  social security number; family physician info.; medications or hospitalizations (if any); health insurance information including company name, subscriber name and group ID or number.  We look forward to speaking with you regarding our programs and life insurance plans!
